Meet the Board

Griscelle Anacker
Chairperson
Griscelle brings over 20 years experience leading business operations, marketing, and finance for large corporations. Today, she combines that expertise with entrepreneurship as the founder of Princess and Papa, a clothing brand designed to celebrate the special bond between fathers and daughters.
Griscelle's connection to Sharing of Middle Tennessee is deeply personal. After the devastating loss of her 10 month old daughter, Evangeline, in 2021, she felt called to support other families navigating life after loss. In loving memory of Evangeline, Griscelle is honored to serve as Chairperson of the Board, helping create spaces where grieving families feel seen, supported, and connected.
She lives in Brentwood, Tennessee with her husband and their two sons. As a family, they love being outdoors, attending shows and sporting events all over Nashville, and traveling internationally to create meaningful memories together.
Kate Springer
Development Director
Kate Springer is a Counselor & Loss programming advisor at Ready Nest Counseling, where she channels her passion for perinatal and reproductive mental health advocacy. Her journey into this field was sparked by the loss of her daughter, Ellie, in 2018. Despite the heartbreak of Ellie's stillbirth, Kate found solace and purpose in supporting others navigating similar challenges. Kate brings a unique perspective to her role as a counselor and board member.

Julz Richterman
Marketing and Communications Director
Julz has worked in pharmacy operations for over 10 years. With a Doctorate in Pharmacy and MBA, she’s managed teams as small as a few people to over 100. She worked frontline in a hospital throughout COVID, navigating the sharp pivots with medication and staffing shortages.
Being a healthcare professional did not prepare her for the loss of her baby in July 2021. She lived firsthand how limiting and broken the system can be, even for someone who knows how to navigate it well. While her journey was heartbreaking and often lonely, she also experienced continuous and unwavering compassion from her family, friends, and healthcare team.
This compassion is what motivated Julz to join Sharing of Middle TN as a board member. She wants everyone who’s experienced pregnancy or infant loss to feel supported, loved, and understood.
A year after Julz lost her baby, she gave birth to her rainbow baby. The two of them are often exploring playgrounds and greenways, jumping in puddles, and getting muddy whenever possible. Julz also enjoys oil painting, running/hiking, and the occasional house project.
